The RPT 900 850MHz cell phone signal booster is our flagship product. It has been in service since 2002 and is deployed in hundreds of locations in various parts of the world.

Working as part of a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) the range, power and performance of the Telcosat RPT-900 800MHz Band Cell Phone Signal Repeater is truly second to none when comparing the technical specifications and prices against the competitors products.

Many products, that claim to be in a similar class, are left well behind when it comes to comparing like-for-like technical specifications. The majority of companies will tell you that their booster has, for example, 85db of gain. What they are not telling you is that this also includes all other products in the line, such as antennas and in line amplifiers. A Telcosat RPT-900 has 95db of gain at the power out port. This is already 10 db, more than three times, above a competitor, AND it does not include any antenna gain or in line amplifiers.

Our design team configured the Telcosat repeaters using a modular concept. This means the major components such as the power amplifiers and the uplink / downlink up-converter boards are individual components. Each separate PCB board is gold flashed and housed in an rugged case that is machined from a solid block of aluminum. 

Like all Telcosat products, the RPT-900 is designed and manufactured in Canada. Like all Telcosat products, we do not use offshore manufacturing.
